4. Custom Artwork & File Requirements

By submitting artwork, you agree that:

• You own or have permission to use all provided graphics, logos, and intellectual property.
  
• Your design does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  
• Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) is not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution artwork, or incorrect file setup submitted by the client.
  

We may adjust artwork for print-readiness (such as resizing, outlining text, or minor color adjustments), but we will never alter your design significantly without approval.

5. Proofing & Approval

• Digital proofs are provided for most custom orders.
  
• Production does not begin until the proof is approved.
  
• Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for the final result.
  
• Any changes after approval may result in additional fees or production delays.
  

6. Production Times

• Production times vary by product and complexity.
  
• Estimated turnaround times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.
  
• Delays caused by file issues, missing information, or late payments are not the responsibility of Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.).
  

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via trusted carriers, but we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages occurring during transit.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  
• Once an order leaves our facility, ownership transfers to the customer.

9. Intellectual Property
