Returns & Refund Policy

At Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.), all products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each order is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to production. If payment is not received by the stated due date, quoted pricing is subject to change without notice. In limited circumstances where Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) determines a credit is appropriate, any refund will be issued in the form of store credit only.

Custom Products

All packaging, labels, printed materials, and custom-designed products are made to order. As a result:

• Returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are not provided for custom products.
• Exchanges are not available.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• All sales are final.

Client-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, designs, logos, trademarks, or other content, the client represents and warrants that they are the owner of such materials or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to use them.

Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership or authorization of submitted materials and is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content provided by the client.

Artwork Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, dimensions, colors, spelling, and order details before production begins. Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to printing or manufacturing. We may adjust artwork for print-readiness (such as resizing, outlining text, or minor color adjustments), but we will never alter your design significantly without approval.

Measurements & Specifications

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, dimensions, and specifications for their products.

If Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) provides measurements or specifications as a courtesy, it remains the client's responsibility to review and confirm their accuracy before production begins. Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) is not liable for errors, reprints, delays, or additional costs resulting from unconfirmed or incorrect measurements.

Production & Turnaround Times

All turnaround times, production schedules, and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are subject to change. Actual completion and delivery dates may vary due to workload, material availability, shipping delays, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tree Street Packaging (CAGC Inc.) does not guarantee specific production, completion, or delivery dates unless expressly agreed to in writing.
